Our therapeutic massage approach is geared to helping women, men, and children from basic Swedish Massage for stress and anxiety to many of our specialized services such as women's health and medicupping. As we endure a lot of emotional and physical issues that we encounter in life.

Massage therapy is not a fix all but can aid in a lot of issues that our connective tissue and muscular tissue can contribute to such as pain and structural integration.

Trigger Points (“referred pain”) is result of small contracted reference points that develops in the muscle and fascia (connective tissue). When areas of the body is overworked or injured, it typically send pain to some other place in the body. It can occur when the muscle have some sort of trauma such as (accident, falls, work related injury, physical trauma, abuse [ physical and emotional) , etc.  A single event can cause trigger points & can cause you to suffer for longs periods of time and initiate stress, anxiety, postural dysfunction and inflammation. The body has the ability to adapt itself during a harmful event which can cause imbalances in muscular & soft tissue causing postural dysfunctions. When this occur blood flow can become restricted and when that happens both your peripheral and central nervous systems will start to send out those "referred" pain signals. When treated by experienced therapist muscles and organ will undergo a release allowing increased blood flow and reduction in muscle spasm, scar tissue release and help remove toxic build up of metabolic waste while increasing the circulator system with fresh blood flow.  This neurological release reduces pain signals to the brain and reset your neuromuscular system in restoration of proper function.
